Each CV's text is analysed by a deterministic matching algorithm that extracts structured signals and compares them against your job description across four dimensions. The same rules are applied identically to every CV in a batch. See the methodology page for full details.

The Four Sub-scores

• Keywords (KW) — Key terms from the job description found in the CV.
• Skills (SK) — Technical and soft skills match between CV and role.
• Experience (EX) — Seniority, years of experience, and domain relevance.
• Education (ED) — Degree level, field of study, and certifications.

Overall Score

The four sub-scores are blended using the weights you set in the Scoring Weights panel. Bias toward skills or experience depending on the role.

Score Bands

Scores are AI-generated and should be used as a decision aid alongside human judgement.
